A little more work in the garden.

I finally got my garden all figured out now have all the seeds, etc. Some of them are planted. I put in red onions, yellow onions and garlic yesterday. And another square of lettuce. I still keep watch everyday for the first little green sprout to appear, but alas, there is nothing yet. I also planted some asparagus up in the planter by the deck. And I've started a bunch of seeds indoors, hoping to not have to buy plants at the nursery this year.

And of course Keena LOVES my new garden. I have to keep piling sticks over the squares that I've planted to keep her out. Hmmm....any suggestions? Here she is having a cat nap on the lawn. She's almost 19 years.

Chili powder is supposed to help. I haven't tried it but I think I remember dad using it once to keep the cats from going in the window wells. ?? Good luck, it looks amazing already.

You could always run her over with the car and put her out of her misery. Good thing Lisa already read this so she doesn't kill me. :)

Mom says forget the kitty and garden etc. what she wants to know is what happened to your hair???? (Did you need it for fertilizer or something?)Mom is truly shocked.
